Items described on this list of exceptions will be accepted for return or exchange.
The return window expires 7 business days after final delivery. If you missed the 7-day return policy, please contact us at contact@ravebonfire.com to arrange an alternative solution.
NOTE: If a package has been opened, the customer is entitled to declare any problems or defects in the items within 2 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process for our customers.
Please note that we will not issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card for store credit . Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
In the case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellation, you can usually get a replacement by consulting a customer service agent.
If an item you order from us doesn’t fit, don’t worry, we are happy to exchange it for a different size.
Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.
